      (i) BUILD - Brewing Equipment & Process Overview

      This overview of the brewing process outlines the stages and equipment required in order to
      change 4 natural ingredients into fresh beer from your brewery.


      Firstly, barley is malted, milled & mashed which starts with the addition of water to the mixture.
      Malting is typically done by a malting company on a diferent site.


      This liquid solution, known as wort is heated and brewed before the addition of hops to
      enhance the lavour & aroma of the beer. Then this liquid is cooled to start the fermentation
      process by adding the yeast which converts the starch to alcohol in the liquid.

      The beer is then matured, after which it can be iltered or pasteurised and packaged for sale in
      the market.
