        Deining your Business Model

        So far, you have done your research to develop an understanding of the market, the consumer,
        customers & competitors and the size of the prize. You have considered your branding, your
        high performance team members and your route to market partnerships. You are now very
        well equipped to make a critical decision on the type of business model best suited to your
        ambition and vision. You need to consider all of the components that you’ve covered so far in
        determining your future path and the requirements for the business to be successful.


        We are going to look at 3 very diferent business models that you could choose from in order
        to compete efectively in the drinks sector. Please note that there are legitimate hybrid versions
        of these models being deployed, for example you may decide to source liquid from existing
        producers and begin trading immediately, while simultaneously executing a build strategy. In
        that approach, you are required to ind a trusted supply partner who will have control over your
        liquid quality and consistency, while you are building your brand or portfolio of products.
