        HPT Deinition:

           1. Common Purpose                       A clear vision for the business

           4. Mutual Accountability                Deliver results for each other




        Key Team Members:
        The MD or owner needs to be the person who creates and lives the vision for the future of the
        business. And this vision is the objective for the entire team to work towards. They need to bring
        this vision to life in everyday activities and ensure the values of the  business & the brand are
        relected in this work consistently.


        This can lead to a very strong culture which will be needed to ultimately achieve the vision. It
        helps if the principal has had direct experience in the drinks industry and in leading HPTs through
        the creation of a clear vision and culture. You may be doing all of these functions initially as a
        start up but please ensure you get the right advice from experts in their respective ields. You will
        also need to have the presence of mind to know when to hire in key expertise as your time will
        be more valuable spent on your strengths ultimately.
