Continually upskilling the team as the business grows

The need to upskill the team can be constant as the grows and expands. To be successful, you
and your team must ind ways to adapt to these circumstances and navigate your way through
successfully. Equipping the team with the best knowledge and management practices will help
optimise your chances of success in your business.

There are a number of skills and training courses available to you and your team through semi-
state agencies, particularly through the LEO in the start-up and growth stages of the buisiness.
The areas covered are multi disciplinary and focus on aspects such as;

• Leadership skills
• Decision-making

• Financial management, accounts and tax courses

• IT skills
