Summarising your indings:
Having reviewed all of the available intelligence
on your sector, it is important to summarise your
indings for quick reference. A SWOT analysis
is a useful framework to identify a business’s,
or indeed a category’s internal strengths and
weaknesses, as well as its external opportunities
and threats.


These are just a few examples of the strengths,
weaknesses, opportunities and threats you may
want to capture at this early development stage.
There are many more that may apply. Being clear
on what they are, will ultimately allow you to build
a more plausible and realistic business plan.
